We also have the facility to offer additional services charged at an extra cost such as:
As part of our Management service we do not charge Management Fees when the property is vacant or on rents not received, which ensures we are highly motivated to collect your rent. Our Management Fees are negotiable on the size of a landlords portfolio and the type of management required such as for a HMO property or a standard residential property.
We have a full Maintenance Team capable of conducting small maintenance repairs to full property refurbishments and conversions. All works and conducted to the highest of standards by qualified trained professionals.
Fees Charged to Landlords
Not all fees are charged in every instance as these are determined by the level of service offered and may vary.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing the following fees may be charged:
