Our inventory enables us to claim against any deposit or security should anything be damaged during the tenancy.

Panda Property as standard conduct inspections every 6 months to ensure your property is being well kept and to identify any issues or potential issues that need to be addressed.

We have 24 hour maintenance team to deal with any property issues. It is standard that all works are reported in writing and we will endeavour to get permission from you the landlord before conducting any works to take your instruction unless there is no other option.
